The file rawnav15y.bin consists of 2 frames (1500 bits each) of raw (binary) navigation message from satellite 15 back in week 977. It has the parity bits in it and needs to have the data bits in a word reversed if bit 30 of the previous word is a 1. It can be used to test programs for decoding
the navigation message.
